Help!

Hi I woke up this morning and the game was completely re setted what the hell! Last day of work ! I sent over $90 on this game buying money.... I had ALL THE rooms unlocked tons of furniture and tons of money !!! Plus almost all the rewards unlock ..... Very upset and want it to be fixed !email me
